How to obtain a Day Trips Pass for the 10 day trips of the 2011/2012 season; 

To obtain a Day Trips Pass, all 10 Ski Trip Reservation Requests must be completed and sent along with a cheque of $550.00 payable to Ski1200 to: Heinrich Schori, 2968 Michele Drive, Ottawa ON  K2B 7P3. Heinrich will return a receipt for the cheque and forward the Ski Trip Reservation Requests to the appropriate coordinators. 

Day Trips Pass holders are entitled to a reimbursement of the trip price if the trip is cancelled by the club. 

Day Trips Pass holders are allowed to substitute another SKI 1200 member or guest in their place. However, a guest must pay the Club the difference between the member's trip price and the guest trip price. Holders must notify the trip coordinator of the substitution prior to trip. The substitute is required to present a signed Ski Trip Reservation Request to the trip coordinator. 

Should the Day Trips Pass holder not take advantage of the scheduled trip or not sell their trip to another member or guest, no refund will take place.
