Club Ski 1200  - Replacement of Membership Cards     

Lost your membership card or your photo does not look like you anymore?

(For children under 10, photos should be replaced at every renewal. New cards at renewal are done at no charge)

For the replacement card of a lost card, send $5 or a cheque made to Ski 1200 with your request, including your mailing address and the new photo (approx. 1 1/2" x 2"):
